Yesterday I got back into my workout routine. I did 20 minutes of cardioid 5 minutes each of 4 different activities, strength ladders, extra sit ups, and then 5 minutes of cardioid's cool down. This is a great routine and it was no different than normal. This morning I felt sore when I woke up, but I got up and did a routine of active isolated stretching for my lower body.

I think it is not easy to get rid off the pouch. But you don't have to worry that much as in long term, you still will lose it by regular exercise. My tips are 1)Use Hula Hoop. Learn to use it and use it daily. Just remember to hold your tummy in while doing it, which will give you better effect and result. 2) Belly dancing. You don't have to be a good dancer, what you do is just learn the basic movement and treat dance as a kind of exercise. Give it a try and have fun!
