Falling in love in a Dream :-)

Hey friends, I need to find some of your point of views here about our night dreams or daydreaming.
I remember my aunt telling me about her dreams few days past, that she's dreaming with this celebrity actor about so and so...and in her dreams, she said it was such an incredible and beautiful experienced to have feel such a love towards the person she have dreamed about. The next day, she is so blooming and smiling telling me the story again and again about her dream and then begin to ask me this weird question, she says 'why are we falling for someone even if it's only just a dream? What's the connection about this dream to our real life?
To all of you here, do you also experienced such a kind of a great feeling to someone whom you didn't actually know in real life but only in your own dreams? :-)

I have dreamt about meeting and falling head over heels with a handsome man. In my dream, I felt the love feeling so strongly that when I awoke, I thought it was real. The way I interpreted my dream is that I am longing for true love in real life.

That is such a wonderful feeling to be in love that even in our dreams we do feel a love that seems so real, and when we're awake and have our right consciousness we then came to think if someone could love us genuinely just like in our dreams, just to think about it...we want to feel the same way in our real life with someone. :-)

actually i don't know about u all, but i do have a lot of experience in day dreaming, coz i have a crush on a gal who is my office so whenever i get some time i always daydream n do wat ever i want with that gal.
this is d easiest way with which i m gettin close 2 her,
n one day she will b mine,
wat do u think abt this dream ?

Yes I have had dreams about someone who I didn't know or wasn't even a celebrity. It was just a person in my dream and I had never seen or met this person before except in my dream. It was kind of weird because I don't know how I could dream about someone that I never met or saw on TV and yet I dreamed about this person.

This may be due to thinking about that Actor all the time. When she sleeps, that day long rememberance comes again through dream. She should try to divert her mind from this matter and see the changes. Keep herself busy in other important matter. She will she she is dreaming other thing. Sometime dream has linkage with the past life. But this needs deep analysis. In only few cases, past and present life has some resembalance. We all see dreams daily but some count and other leave it. Do not mind.

Hello pramodthakur, thanks for sharing. Yeah, in some sorts I believe that this because one may probably think too much towards a person and that is why until in your dreams, those certain person is still present, that's what I believe happened to my dear aunt. :-)

I have never fallen in love with someone I do not know in a dream, that I can remember. I do not remember most of my dreams now, but when I was younger I remembered them vividly. Why your aunt is dreaming of falling in love with someone she does not know, I do not know. Unless she thinks about this celebrity so much that he is in her dreams. I have heard that if you think about something enough, you will dream about it.

Thanks for sharing. I myself don't know exactly why things like this happening to her, even in her own dreams she tend to experience such a weird things like it. Maybe then, she must be talking so much about the person or think about them most often...oh well, I just don't really know exactly. :-)

In dreams and in our waking state, we have access to our subconscious mind. The difference in night dreams is that our conscious mind is not there to analyse whatever experience our imaginations cares to give us and that means it can get exremely powerful, as we tend not to tell ourselves to "be reasonable" - the subonscious mind is not reasonable.
It also has access to our feelings and emotions and can make them strong, or make them weaker so that if we fall in love, in a dream, it can be the most powerful experience the mind can create and the feelings can stay with us for hours afterwards. It is like a truly profound experience.

I did actually dreamt of falling in love in a dream and when I wake up, I cant even remember the face of the man. All I could remember was the feeling of how in love I felt. I guess it was only my subconscious thought's way of expressing one longing to be in love.

Hi friend, thank you for sharing your views about this one. This truly makes me worried too much about my aunt's fantasy land while she exist, LOL :-)
Oh well, maybe this are all just a normal feeling specially because of one's longing to be in love like you said :-)
