Wats Beneath??

Well wen i have put on my t-shirt or shirt wats the need to put on a vest inside!??...i dont like it n it feel quite irritating...But i have seen people doing that... Why do they do that?? Wats ur choice??... Do u like to put on a vest or similar stuffs underneath ur t-shirts?? Or u like to put it on bare??
