Mouthwash twoice a day besides brushing the teeth twice a day is better than dental floss.

Dentist suggest whenever one sees mirror, one combs the hair, similarly whenever one sees wash basin, one should goggle water for good health of teeth.

Dental floss is much more convenient and easier for me. You have to use water and cup for a mouthwash but with floss you can just put it in your bag and do it in private, or somewhere secluded even if you are not in a comfort room.

i would go for brushing of the teeth after every meal and mouthwash when i wake up in the morning.i think dental flossing should be done by a dentist because if not done properly,it can damage our gums or teeth.
