You are trying to become a US citizen? Do you currently live in the US? I cannot see why a disorderly conduct ticket would get you in enough trouble to hurt your chances of getting a citizenship. Since you seem aware of the steps you need to go thorugh to become a citizen, I would go speak with the person who is currently handling your citizenship paperwork. They would know 100% if this would even hurt you. Sometimes people in the US get tickets and they do not show up on any record. If I was you, I would go ahead and apply or continue your application for citizenship.
