Do anyone have tips of losing weitgh?

I have particiment in a group in hospital for losing weight, I have been doing good so far, but I´m losing idés to keep it up. Anyone to give some ideas?

think the best exercise i can recommend for you is yoga, it has worked here for many people in india, and hope it does for you also

Thank´s for responding. I have heard about Yoga, and I can realy think to exercise this event. But how do you do?. Dont you ned someone to shoe you howe to exercise this event? I do imagine it also can calm you down in a time of lot´s of work.???

cut out on fat and sugar and increase your physical exercise.. and the most imp thing dont remain hungry.. eat something or the other after every 2 hours but that should be low on fat and high on energy

I eat every three hours on a regelure bacis. Thats the main thing. As you said never go hungry. My problem is the breakfast. I have trouble to eat the type of breakfast as you should. Sometimes I even forgot to eat my breakfast. So that is my goal, to eat my breakfast, and so of course to exercise.

Some diet tips : Only Eat in the Kitchen. Do not eat in front of the TV or computer. Only eat at the kitchen table. Drink lots and lots of water...at least 8 full glasses per day. Add a slice of lemon to spruce it up. Often, we think we are hungry when really, we are just thirsty. So, next time you head for the fridge, grab some water first and see if that does it for you. Veggies and Dip. Keep fresh cut vegetables handy and munch on them when you are cooking dinner to avoid munching on fattening foods. This will benefit the whole family! Choose a low carb ranch dip to dip them in. Don’t eat When you are Stressed. Find another way to relieve stress. A warm bath, a hot cup of tea, a nice long walk....anything besides eating! Cut out the Sugar and Refined Carbs. Sugar and Carbs make you crave more of them. Cutting them out really helps you not be so hungry.

Thank´s for responding. I do not eat any sugar at al. I dont even by that anymore. I drink water every time before I eat. My problem is not the food it self. I eat healthy food mostely, and also enjoy less sometimes. You have to for not get bord. I sometimes have too eat in stress, becouse of the work. But I agree, that´s not the best way to eat. But sometimes you can not decide in the happenings. My problem i sthe breakfast, wich are the best och most important meal of the day. But I´m not hungry in the mornings, and I feel sik. Therefore I eat mor in the evenings instead of the mornings. This is what I work with every day.

Congrats on your weight loss. I hope I canhelp you to continue. The human body loses weight when we consume fewer calories then we burn each day. Seems like simple math, but there are other factors that contribute. For example, qualiy of food can make a difference. The body is better able to burn fat when we consume healthy, natural foods in a good balance than in we just eat junk. Exercise is also important. Thank´s for responding. This was a god topic in discussion. I have realy made a way and it works. You see, i do not have a driverslisence even my age(41) so now when it´s a good time for exercise, I take my bike to work. I have about half mile to work. That´s good. I have to do that for atleast a couple of times a week. In three weeks time I have summerholiday for four weeks, I´m going to swim atleast a couple of times a week, depending on the wether of course.
