Processing... What is it, and how long can it take?

I just signed up, and I submitted my first videos to Associated Content. Today I received two offers and accepted them! I am really excited about getting my content accepted at Associated Content, but I am even more excited about getting the videos published. They have not shown up yet on my page, but are "processing". What is this exactly, and how long has it taken any of you CPs out there? What is the average, least amount, and greatest amount of time it has taken?

The least amount of time mine have taken to process are usually later that day. The most amount of time was up to 3-4 days I think. Usually it's within a day or so though. The thing to remember is that they have tons of articles in queue and you just have to do the best you can to be patient with them. Best of luck to you!

That makes sense. I understand that when they have so many submissions it must be hard to get everything done quickly. They have been quicker than I might have thought with the offers/payment. But I thought the publishing would be an automated process. I quite happy with AC, and have no reason at all to complain, but I am also really excited to see my stuff up there. Do you know what is involved in "Processing"? Is that just reformatting the videos to go on the site, or is it something else?
