who do you think will be a surprise on hell's kitchen season 3?

i think that joanna (the short order cook) will be a surprise. everyone seems to think she's incapable, but she wouldn't have made it thru the screening process if she didn't show some promise. i don't think she'll win, but i think that she'll make it about halfway thru the show if she can keep herself together.
