do you like his comedies.I like them very much.Can you recommend some sites from where i could get some of his collections.Also discuss something you know about him here.lemme tell you one of his favorite quotes-"I like to walk in rain so that nobody will see my crying"-does this seems like to have come from a comedian ? well he had to suffer a lot in his childhood years and may be thats reflected in this quote

Hi shyamlal, I was thinking to starting a discussion about this great man Charlie Chaplin, luckily I searched first and I found yours. I'm surprised its 11 months old no one ever make a post!
"I like to walk in the rain so that nobody will see my crying" ... Imagine the funniest person in the world would say such a thing. Imagine also what he put up to tickle his audience and laugh their harts out, in such a very limiting media - black and white format and without audio. I am such at a lost for words to say more about this great man.
. But even so, the man is a pioneer in his field. Welcome back Shyamlal.
