Google sitemaps anyone

I have google sitemap installed on my website, but how about everyone else? Do most people have this google tool on their website, or blog site and if so, what results are you getting? Google is big, and offers so, so much. I am more and more taking advantage of all that is offered, and for free. Google's mission is to offer more for free and I believe it. I would like to know why there is not a yahoo site map or an msn sitemap.
