As some people here know I recently found out I was pregnant. I was shocked when they told me I was carrying twins, possibly triplets.
I found out last Tuesday I was pregnant with triplets-but I lost two of them (I started bleeding Tuesday). I've finally had my check up again at the hospital and this little one is still holding in there, and everything is looking good...
I'm shattered that I have lost two babies, but sooo grateful that i still have this one.
Has anyone else experienced the loss of a child or children from a multiple pregnancy?

I thought you were having twins and strated to wonder what was happening after a response from you which indicated only one now I have come back and gone through your discussions and Now here see the problem. I am so sorry to hear of your loss of two but as you say you are very blessed to still have one fighting...... Can I ask where they conceived natrually??? I have not personally had any multiple pregnancies or lost any, but feel for you..... Can I also ask does that mean they are still in there??? I have seen on medical shows where this has happened and they had to wait untill the other was born.... Sorry I'm just curious....

Thanks... things have been really tough, I still don't know exactly how to deal with it, but I am just trying to stay focused on the baby's I do have and feel blessed to have them, because so many people would kill for the chance to have even one child. It's still hard... even keeping that in mind.
They were conceived naturally. I have twins on my side of the family, both paternal and maternal, so that wasn't much of a shock... but triplets was completely unexpected!
Because I haemerroghed(sp?) they are no longer in there :( I wasn't very far along when it happened, two months, so it's not like they were completely formed, like you see on those tv shows. Your curiousity is completely understandable, I have done so much research on all of this afterwards because it isn't soemthing you hear about all that often.
Thanks for the support.

Thank you for sharing that with me i know it still must be very hard, it is usually something people don't like to talk about...I'm glad that you don't have to go though seeing them at the birth of you little one, iI think that would be more harder.... Stay positive and know you have alot of support my thoughts and prayers are with you....

So sorry for your loss. On another forum I go to for moms users send each other "sticky dust" to symbolize prayers and well wishes when another mom is having a difficult pregnancy and is at risk of a miscarriage. Here's is a bunch of "sticky dust" from me to you for your little one.

Only one person comes to mind that has lost multiples. She was carrying quintuplets though (Fertility treatments) and they were all born too early. Around 21 weeks, I think, so of course none of them lived. She hasn't been able to get pregnant since even with help.
