need to plan a marketing statergy

It is an asthetics clinic where laser treatments minor surgery botox etc will be based. have a lage data base we can use but how best to do it? we also need to find ways to market outside of the data base to other souces of potential clients maybe beauty salons hairdresser. we are placed in the market between the beauty therapist and the plastic surgeon
