Camera Shake at Fun Ranch - my opinion

So we fell for the "Free Photoshoot for 1st 30 registrants" promotion. You should know that all this means is that you don't have to pay for the P500 photography fee...but you do have to shell out money for the prints. Two 5x7 pictures (of the same shot) cost P500. I would easily pay for it BUT it just wasn't worth it. First of all, there is no child wrangler or at least an assistant to help make your child laugh. If your child is like mine and picky with the people she encounters, you can imagine how difficult picture-taking can be. You have to try to make your child laugh and at the same time stop them from coming towards you. Second, although there are TONS of toys and props, they won't offer them to you or lay them out to create a nice scenery for the picture. YOU have to be "makapal" enough to choose the toys and take them out. For someone as un-creative as me, it is extremely inconvenient to have to take on the role of "set designer". They will not pull down backdrops. So if you don't insist on anything, all you get is a plain white background. Third, the photographer is not engaging. The only interaction he had with my child is to point and shoot. Lastly, and probably the worst, they promised pictures in 3 days. I come in the afternoon of the 3rd day and end up wasting valuable gas & time. Their answer was that the pictures haven't arrived and if I want to get them that day I have to wait for 7 pm. It was absurd!!! I ask for at least a discount and all I get is a mumbled promise for freebies. Do I recommend it? ONLY IF THE PRICES I MENTIONED ARE DIRT CHEAP!!! If it has the same price or higher price than other photography studios, then you're better off going to them.
