Hey there my friend I take a multivitamin every morning and I think it has vitamin b6 in it. It has everything I need. Ive been thinking on taking some geritol to give me some more energy. Someone suggested that I take it because Ive been getting tired. So I will buy some and give it a shot.

I take vitamin c and iron supplements. I recently discovered a multivitaminwith deanol and ginseng extract and so far this is the vitamin in which i noticed that i really got an energy boost. I really like this multivitamin and take it everyday.
I was told by a doctor though that multivitamins are not so good. He says that I should take vitamins that contain only single vitamins because multivitamins only have little content of other vitamins.

I don't take any vitamins but when i fall sick, i usually take Vitamin B6 on recommendation of the doctor.

I do take vitamin C from time to time. I just pop them as an extra but I don't really need them. Recently, I am trying to incorporate fruits into my diet so hopefully I would become even healthier than now.
