Remember the wedding sampler I made for one of my nieces? She sent me this note today:
"Thank you so much for the beautiful cross stitch. It really means a lot to me to have a handmade gift from a talented person like yourself."
I'm glad she liked it.

Thats great, people seldom remember to send thank yous anymore. That was a pretty piece you made too. I'm glad she liked it and I hope she takes good care of it...:}

That's a very sweet note for her to send you! It's always nice when people appreciate the hard work that you put into crafts, and let you know how much they appreciate it! :)

Oh that is such a sweet thing for her to say. Most people just write "thank you for the gift" which is quite generic.
It is so nice at least someone has more to say than just thank you for the gift.
