My agloco stats are not updating

For the last 3 days my agloco stats has not been updating at all. I have been using the viewbar for about a week and for the first 3-4 days the stats were updating at 0000 hrs GMT and my ref stats were OK too. Now both are static. I use the viewbar about 1-2 hours everyday.
Anyone having the same problem?

I have used the viewbar and record shows that I have already satisfied the maximum 5 hours alloted for this first month. Check very well if you are using the viewbar properly. Have you signed in, are your ID and password correct, etc.
