me too I like 3rd shift. unfortunatly they did away with it where I work so am working 2nd. thanks for reply

As i own my firm, i work 2 shifts everyday taking one hour break in between and small breaks in each shifts.

I'm very regular, without shift system. Coz system is available in home only. So there is no need to go for shifting system. I like to have dedicated to 16 hours to myLot. Still it is not working as per plan.
