I eat 4 times a day.
-Breakfast, lunch, snacks during tea and dinner
And I eat pretty well. But once in a while I go ot teh dieting mood and I reduce the intake of food.
I cant skip meals, I feel very bad. I make sure that I eat something atleast everytime.
Sometimes, I skip the snacks during tea time

I eat pretty randomly, because my schedule is very inconsistent. I probably eat between 4 - 6 times per day, but all really light snacks. Once in a while I'll have a full meal, and it throws everything out of whack - I feel really hungry all day the next day.

I don't usually eat much at any meal, and I usually only eat twice a day. I might have a snack in between if I get hungry, but not usually. I started eating breakfast because everyone told me that I shouldn't skip it. It didn't really affect me much except that now I eat twice a day instead of once. I haven't lost or gained any weight, and don't really feel any different.

I used to eat two big meal in a day it's lunch and dinner.The good thing is it's did not cause me to gain weight mainly because i exercise a lot .Now i have less exercise,the most is only yoga and deep breathing,so i slowly cut down my meal into small portion and eat fruits in between lunch and dinner to fill up my hunger.

i used to be but now i am on a diet, i try to cut down on how much that i eat per meal. I don't want to gain so much weight. I eat two small meals per day and i try not to snack in between
