i love popcorn. but in different countries i have been in, popcorns are served differently. where i am now popcorns are sweetened. i missed the buttered and or salted popcorn i grew up eating at the movies.
i recalled someone once told me one way popcorn is served is very "unhealthy". anyone can help me with this? which one?

popcorn is a great food for snacking or during movie session... it's light kind of food that can satisfy your taste buds with it's salty n buttery taste. it can be unhealthy when you over eat on aything or if the popcorn you choose is tha high fat butter flavor. there are a lot today in the market that is of low fat or the unsaturated type of butter n low salt content.
there are also caramel or any flavored popcorns that we can enjoy as long as we eat in moderation of it. for sure also popcorn is really high in fiber content aside from the carbohydrate in it.
everything in moderation to be healhty and fit.

yes, everything in moderation can be "healthy and fit." but whatever you do, do not throw popcorn at the afro-haried guy infront of you. that can be bad for your health and you better be fit enough to run for your life!

popcorn keeps out hands and mouth busy during movies. those that do no eat popcorn at the movies are the ones that talk no end and those with roaming hands!

Popcorn by itself is not unhealthy. The "add ons" are. Here in my country, you can find popcorn however you like. Salted, buttered, sweetened, with caramel and with a red sweet thing (not sure about what that is, but I love it). Why don't you buy it and make it yourself if you can't find it the way you like? It's pretty easy anyway. Cheers, my friend!
