I actually tried this years ago and it didn't help at all. I must be immune to it.

maybe you need to increase your dosage. It depends upon how severe your sleeping problem is...

What does it do exactly that it is so effective. I am a night owl and I know that I am getting to the point in my life that I just need more sleep but it is hard to break the habit of always being up at night.

Melationin has a few uses , my husband uses it to stop his cluster headaches, also it regulates you sleep habits. if you start takeing it a few hours before you want to go to bed it will put you to sleep and it will regulate your body clock if you continue takeing it , my husband started with takeing 3 a night and now is down to one a night , it is sold in the vitamin stores so it had no narcotics in it.
