When you left home, did your parents ever call you just to see how you were

doing or should it be the kids to call and check on there parents. Is it normal or abnormal for a parent not to call and visit with there kids on the phone.

when I moved from home I always called my mother daily to see how she was doing if she didnt call me first. sometimes parents dont want to invade on there kids privacy and wait to be invited.

When I moved from home I use to call my mother all the time, but I guess in 30 years my mother hasn't called me no more then 20 times if that many.
