I think egg white is quite ok. Just take away the egg yolk. I ate like 6 eggs yesterday. I only ate 2 with the egg yolks. I kind of like eating eggs but I guess I got carried away yesterday... :D

I want to say that it is the yolk that is fattening. I am not positive on that though.
