Batista is not the person to back down from any challenge and he has already accepted the challenge. But The Great Khal may be the greatest and biggest challenge he has ever faced in the wrestling ring. I'm pretty sure he did accept the challenge. Based on what I saw on SD!, he accepted the fight and it's gonna be those 2 one on one. I guess only time will tell how it will turn out exactly.
