Hi Deepak Well listen .. I am not going to forget you in anyway whether you are inactive on mylot .. because you are my only friend here on mylot who really cares a lot about me and always keep in touch .. I really like the way you send me messages and always keep on asking about me .. this shows how much you care .. I am really glad to have a friend like you and I don't think that I can forget you so easily .. You will be surprised to know what type of pm's I used to get in my message box -- some type of members simply send their links for their site to join .. and some simply send their discussion to which I can respond .. but you never did that and your message is fully filled up with your emotions and feelings and real care about me .. That really touches me a lot .. I know I used to reply a bit late to your messages but please don't mind about this.. I have a message pending with you .. I have read that .. and will be answering you shortly. And yes the word thanks for being my friend is so small to say for such a great friend .. I am thankful to God that I have found a sweetest, dearest and caring friend like you on mylot :) ..

I do not think it is true. Because I was absent for months due to preoccupation with other works and when I came back, I saw plenty of messages from my friends enquiring about my absence. When I came back, there were hearty welcome everywhere among the friends. I do not think they forget, provided your friendship has made a lasting impression on them.

Dear Deepak, These days even I dont come to mylot often. I also have a lot of friends (dont know how many) sometimes, they answer and sometimes they dont answer my discussions. Rarely they post me a PM. I think you mustnt worry on this type of things. Even though the friends we found on myLot dont reply or leave PM on our box, i dont think they will forget us. Once we come back to myLot and start replying, they will get activated again. Last December i was away for one month. I posted a thread asking my friends whether they will forget me. I got a very good response from most of my friends. Also, they answered my discussions on and off and left PM's in my mail box. You know we cant expect them to be in touch with us all the time. This is huge community and people do not have time to spend like that. So dont be upset. Just enjoy your time here Deepak, I wish you all the best. (If i can remember well, i think you had a discussion on what we think about you. I think you are a very sensitive person Deepak, which i think has its plusses and minuses)

Well it depends on how close we are.I just cannot forgot some of my friends here forever.Especially Roz who has been a very good close friend of mine.Something bad has happened to her suddenly.I am much pained.I can never forget her.Will you see this and light a candle for my Roz?Here is a response from a friend and the link. Having been pals with you just for a few weeks I would say that you are a good person Deepak. I do think though that there are many people here who are too involved with the site and take things too personally and/or seriously. You have a life outside of myLot pal as do all other members and to worry about being forgotten if you are not active for a short period of time shows that you have low self esteem. There is no need for this - you ARE a lovely guy and if people can honestly forget about you just because you haven't written or been active for a couple of weeks then they are very fickle "friends" indeed. For my part, I certainly won't forget you if and when you are not active here. I will come hunt you down and leave you a message if I need to and trust that when you are able to respond you will :) Take care pal. x

Dear deepak, i dont think mere without logging just for a few weeks will make your friends here forget you.I have seen some of my friends messaging that they will not be there for quite a some time but found them to be active after their return and their old discussions fetching numerous responses. I personally feel that you are doing excellent in mylot and specially making exceptional comments to your friends here and hence people from that list will never forget you.Its a true reply from me ,being a good friend of you.

i dont know but i kind of agree with you! i do not see the point of having so many friends on my list when in actual fact i hardly even communicate with any of them! and neither do they communicate with me! it sometimes seems that its just there to populate my friend list.

dear deepak, your apprehension is correct, partly though. i feel, although we have many friends, only a few are real good omes, who really care about us. some are good friends online and some are even offline. so, those few will always remember you no matter what. i feel, your absence will make them more anxious for they really care about you. but then, these are countable few and i bet i am one of them. deepak, we should all let go our friendship and if it comes back they are ours and if they don't then they were never ours! smiles...

I think that you might be surprised at what you find out..Your friends Im sure will miss you and notice if you do not log in for a little bit...

eh you can be sure i m not a person like that who easily forget someone!though i m sure that most of those in my friends' list are going to forget about me!!;) by the way i think we haven't known each other that long to become that close friend so if you ask me to say honestly then yes i would probably not miss you but i know for sure that i m not going to forget about you all together.. and whenever you return you are most welcome by me:)

Never forgotten my dear friend dpk :) and welcome back! Sometimes its not always easy to be on mylot 24/7 and if you need to do things other than mylotting, then that is ok too.

In my opinion, if you have been actively posting responses, friends in myLot community will remember you if suddenly you go inactive. Whichever, there are always new friends joining mylot and old friends taking a break. That's life. Take it easy, friend. Cherish them while you can. LOL.

Well I am not on your friend list, But I do not think that this is true at all. there are times that alot of us must be away from Mylot for periods of time for ones reason or another, There is no reason that your friends would ever forget you while you are gone, they would be very happy to hear from you once again when you do decide to return to Mylot.

i think the friends here are quiet loyal... they won't forget us so easily... if we remind them who we are, they will definitely remember... at least the friends on your friends lists definitely won't forget you... i hope not...

Hon you will never be forgotten by me. You are too good of a friend for that to ever happen. There are times that we just can't log on as much as we would like. I think it's happened to all of us at one time or another. My only request is that you check in every once in a while so that I know that you are ok and not hurt or anything like that.

I do not believe so deepak. I know that i connect with people here because they interest me, and even if they are gone for a long time, and then come back i will remember them, and of course will react to their post if it interests me. I also think that the most important thing is to live our present real life and not only relay on the net, and on this site as much as i like it. I know that i would remember you even if you would not be here for a long time, and will always replay to any of your posts that interest me.

I would not forget you but I would miss you, if you did not long on for a few weeks, I know that life can through you some curves that you might need to take a break. I have taken a break for a couple weeks to work on a project and I have had some friends send me comments and emails asking if I was okay. So I think you apprehensions are unfound.
