Do you believe that in order to be successful one has to sacrifice first? I for one believe in this. My life is one of sacrifices. If I did not work, burn a lot of midnight candle, accepted all kinds of labor, then I believe I might not have been able to be where I am now, sitting in front of my computer and typing my ideas and perception of life, in English. If I have not sacrificed then maybe I am now still a ship porter or even a shoe shine man. How about you my friend, have you also sacrificed to reach your goal in life?

Yeah, it totally depends on what you want to be successful in. If you want to have a great family, you might have to sacrifice a great job with tons of hours. Or if you'd rather have the career, you might have to sacrifice your family time. If you want a great band, you have to sacrifice other activities. There are many things that we sacrifice in our lives. It just depends on where you place your importance.

Success stories are nothing but sacrifice stories: One has to sacrifice timely food One has to sacrifice time which otherwise would have spent with family It is also sacrifice by the family members to make a man successful. The saga of success is nothing but saga of sacrifices with an objective.

We all have to choose to make sacrifices in life. This is the only way to move forward in life.

Well i do not believe in the word sacrifice, i believe in the word compromise. i think that ones you believe you made you made a sacrifice or that you are a sacrifice you really become a victim. And becoming a victim can not lead you to a growth in life, or a better place in your life. So i do not believe that i made sacrifices in my life, but i did make some compromises in order to be with or get things that i wanted. That is life.

Oh, my, yes! Life is not what happens to us, but how we react to what happens, so it is all about choices. In order to choose one thing, we have to give up another. Success is not how we look or what we have, but whether we have made good choices, I think. Nobody can be right all of the time, so it is a matter of having made the best possible choices most of the time, or at the times that most mattered.
