i see 3 yrs to 5 yrs children with a school bag weight of 10 kgs. I astinised that such a small child who don't know about anything with such a pressure. I think the development of the child may hamper for this extra borden. When they have to play with their family members at that time they are starting their fighiting for their survival.

This is abnoxious on the part of the school authorities. They know pretty well that making the child to carry this weight to and fro (some children walk 2 to 3 kms) is a heinous crime. The Government should pass a legislation that each child should have a facility to keep her books in the school (locker system) and take home one or two books for homework.
