Saint Augustine, Florida sounds like a nice place to live!

I'm planning to move back to Florida in probably a few years from now ,but I'm interested in a place like Saint Augustine. I know is the oldest city in Florida and the city is very rich is history. Is anyone familiar with this place and the house prices. I live in the country now and I love Kentucky ,but a big house and a big land requires so much maintanance.
