There might be someone here who likes cooked coffee. I prefer brewed but sometimes I take instant coffee, it is so easy to prepare but the taste is not the same.
Sometimes I put cocoa powder and mix it with coffee and milk, tastes great with a touch of vanilla sugar.
How do you make your coffee??

I prefer instant coffee. I think it's because i have been drinking it for many years and I'm just used to the taste. i find brewed coffee to be too strong. I don't have sugar in my coffee, only very occasionally if I need a good kick-start in the morning and I ALWAYS put the milk in first before the boiling water. It's the way my parents drink it and I swear it tastes better! I find it's more creamy if you put the milk in first. Sometimes I also use one of those hand held frothing doovers to make it frothy like a cappucino then I sprinkle hot chocolate on top.

Sounds interesting, I will have to test to pour the milk before the water. Do you put the coffee in together with the milk?? Thanks for your response, coffeeshot!

I tasted it, and I think it was more creamy, I could feel a difference in the taste. Have to do more experiments..:)

If, by "cooked coffee" you are referring to the method for preparing Turkish coffee, then yes, that's how I like my coffee. My fiance and I make Turkish coffee in the mornings. That's the prefered method of coffee preperation for both of us.

I am not sure if I have tasted Turkish coffee, could be interesting - by cooked coffee I meant the Swedish way to put water in a coffee pot and add the coffee and let it cook for a minute and then wait till the coffee has sunk to the bottom, you can drink it.
