No more rejection E-mails from AC?

United States

I submitted an article to AC earlier this week, and when I logged on today, I noticed that it was marked as "Editor rejected." I know that in the past, I always got an E-mail telling me that my articles had been rejected, but this time, I didn't know it till I logged on and looked at my content. I know that there are some other folks who have had articles rejected on AC recently, so I'm wondering if I'm the only one not getting E-mails on the subject, or if they've stopped sending those E-mails. (And yeah, I checked my Spam folder, and it's not there either...)

Yeah, Ive noticed that too, but on the flipside I just got one of my articles accepted and payment in less than 2 days...that an all time record for me. I've had to physiaclly go to the site for the last week or so to check up on the status of my articles.

Yeah, I think that the turn around time on this rejection was faster than I was expecting. That was the other surprising part of seeing that it had already been turned down.

I submitted an article, I wanted to get paid for it, but unfortunately it seems as a Canadian I have to put it in the non-exclusive and they only have non payment for that. Americans can get them accepted for pay right away. I tried to look for pending payment for non-exclusive for non-Americans but it is not there. So it looks the only way I will get paid is if I emigrate to the United States. But then they will have to accept me and my husband.

I've been getting payment notification and offer e-mails. I have not been getting the e-mails stating that I have new comments, which is annoying sense I like to give people comments in return. I would also say I get less e-mails, however on the other hand I am using AC a lot and checking it a lot therefore they probably do not send the mail if I already know the information or have logged on to see any messages.
