help.. i need to lose weight!!!

i really admire janet jackson for losing her weight.. im 105kg but i cant lose weight.. i done ever single things to lose weight, like drink a medicine, exercise almost twice a day. but i cant!! i really cant!!. so i ask many of you to helo me lose a weight? and how to lose a weight!

the principle of loosing weight is simple:the day engery you have taken is less than the enery you have expenced. so remember that ,eating less and taking more sports is the basic way to loose weight.remember the principle is very important,although it's simple.

How is your diet? Little things can actually add up to be quite a few calories. On the other hand, make sure you're eating ENOUGH. If your calorie intake is too low, your body will go into starvation mode and do everything it can to hold on to the extra weight. One thing I don't do is drink my calories. I'd rather have half of a sandwhich than a can of pop. I drink a lot of water, and then diet pop and other no-calorie drinks when I want some flavor.

I have helped many people loose weight by hypnotizing them. As long as they wanted to loose weight (or change any other habits) they would change but if they did not want to change I could not make them change. Maybe if you went to a hypnotist that you trusted he/she could help you to achieve your goal. It might take going to 2 or more hypnotist to find the right one to help you.
