Can you provide me the free SMS server?

I am planning to setup a program that every body can send sms to every part of the world like of wadjaa.com, mysmscountry.com . I have also found some of the website which makes their own website as a gateway using HTTP and API's but I want my own domain to be the gateway and my server only supports PHP. It doesnot support CURL, asp, asp.net etc etc. And I am also beginner at this so can u please guide me through the steps about the installation??
