I am claustrophobic. I don't like to be in small enclosed places. Confined, too many people, too much stuff Etc... My mother was a very messy pack rat and I have become a minimalist as an adult. When I am in a very messy cluttered place or around too many people, elevators, small rooms etc I have a hard time breathing and get the shakes. I keep a pretty spacey house so I am usually fine but it does suck that the kids and Howard know this and when we are in a situation that is problematic they look concerned for me knowing it is a challenge. I am all powerful mommy after all. Grrr LOL Vicki

I am a bit claustrophic too, although in my case, the problem is confined tonarrow "towers" where one has to climb up lots of steps. It's weird, & I didn't always have this issue. I just hate the feeling of climbing up steps, particularly thoise with gaps in them, in a narrow space.

I wasn't always like this either but it is actually increasing as I get older. I always used to get a bit of a yuck feeling but not enough for people to notice. But now I can't hide it and people know. Vicki

Heights, spiders, sharks and swimming in water when you don't know what could be lurking beneath!

I actually have three big ones. I could not narrow it down to one. Those three are bees, thunderstorms and the dark. I absolutely hate all of them. I am a big baby.

I have a fear of heights also, the dark, and a few other things but my biggest phobia is spiders - yuk, I don't even like typing the word. I freak when I see one or even if someone just mentions them. I was bitten by a poisous one a few years back, shouldn't be alive now actually, and that just made things worse.

I'm a little Claustrophobic that's why I find it hard to breathe when inside an enclosed space like if I'm inside a small elevator. I can't sleep if something is covering my face even a thin cloth cause I'm afraid I won't be able to breathe. I'm also afraid of reptiles.

It would have to be spiders for me. I have always hated them. I am particularly scared of redbacks, huntsmen & wolf spiders.
Many spiders in Australia are poisonous. I was bitten by a spider many years ago. It wasn't that bad. I just needed antibiotics.

Well for me it's the Dentist, yes that's right the Dentist. It's been this way for years, a few years ago I found a dentist that would put me to sleep for anything, I went to him for years and was very happy, but he stoped taking my insurance so of course I stoped going. Well I now have found another one he wont put me to sleep plus I can't afford it anymore it cost alot. This Dentist is good, I have been to him twice and I have more work to be done but so far so good, he gives me some medican to relax me.
