I don't know about you guys but I LOVE bargain shopping. I love thrift stores, consignment stores and yard sales. What's the best thing you've found while bargain shopping? I found a brand new double jogging stroller at a yard sale (I'm talking, threads still sticking out of the tires new), for $20! A single jogger brand new is easily $100. I was so stoked. I think that's probably my best buy ever. Share yours!

i would have to say the best thing i found bargain shopping had to be my babies jumperoo.a lady by me was having a garage sale,so we checked it out and saw the jumperoo.so i asked her how much she wanted for it and she told me $1.00.i said only $1.00 and she said yea.i couldnt believe my eyes, because this jumperoo still had tags and stickers on it.and i know from shopping at other stores they run about $50-$80 easily.so i gave the lady $1.00 and asked her,why are you selling this so cheap, and she just replied i know you have alittle one at home that will enjoy this,so as long as i can make him happy and put a smile on his face the money doesn't mean anything to me.i didnt know what to reply to her,i was so speechless,i thanked her over and over again, and said thank you so much.2 weeks later i sent her a beautiful boquet of flowers just to say thank you.

ea I love bargain shopping. I went to a thrift store for the first time last month and got 5 cds for a dollar, and they were pretty good CDs too =]
I also went to a yard sale and got a Tascam for 25 bucks, I don't know if you know that that is, but they are like little home studios you can record your vocals, instrumentals, and whatever and put them together on a CD. It's really cool, and pretty expensive anywhere else

I cannot think of my "best" find right now, but I was just out at an outlet shopping center a couple days ago with my mother. I was super excited because I love bargain hunting and I don't buy anything that isn't on sale. I'm super cheap lol. Well, come to find... the stores were all pretty small and practically nothing was on sale. I was so sad because I couldn't find anything.. but then we went to Gap Clearance, which is apparently different from Gap Outlet, because they had both. Well anyway, I picked up a really cute dress for $7.75 and a couple pairs of socks for $0.40 each. The dress was originally $35.00ish and the socks were $3.50 each so I was pretty happy with that.

I found a pair of speakers for 5 dollars. They were worth at least 100 new. They worked fine. That was about the best bargain I ever found, but I've found many more. Another favorite was a blue jean skirt from LL bean that I got for 2 dollars. It was like new.

I do like to go to these stores but tend to spend money on books I really don't need because I have a ton of them already here waiting to be read. But I did get two pairs of brand new dress shoes at a garage sale for $2 each pair. I recently got a "bread box" for 25c. I am going to have it refinished and painted and use it as a memory box for the cards my husband and I exchange. My other one is full.
The last pieces of clothing I bought at a thrift shop were two shirts for $2.99 each and a shirt for my daughter at $1.99.

Im fond of going to bazaars sales and thrift stores, Its nice to have best buys but have quality and style. Maybe the best by ever for me is my pink flowery skirt which matches any top of mine, got it for less than a dollar around 25cents. The cloth is made of georgette a high quality of cloth which sells around 5 dollars at malls.
