How do you add a photo to a reply?

I know how to add a photo to a discussion I start but I see no way to add a photo to a reply to a discussion yet I see it being done. Could one of you kind veterans help out a n00b and explain? Thanks.:)

Please take a look at the FAQs of mylot and find out what it says. Here is the link - http://www.mylot.com/o/faq/faq10.aspx#2 So, only users with a rating over 500 will be allowed to upload photos into comments and responses. I hope this helps.

I just read them all and wish I could figure out how to get the background purple but I did read all the FAQs and understand better now, thanks to you. :)
