This is a timely question for me. My only nephew who's 4y/o were asking me to stop my smoking habit. He handed me a booklet about " YOU CAN STOP SMOKING." He is a very sweet bright kid. I love my nephew so much he is like my own son. He calls me Dad. I want to stop smoking. It is very hard but I will try. I will do what the booklet says how to stop smoking.

i used to smoke also misterplus.... of course you knew it was written at my discussion... but for me you dont need any book at all to start to stop smoking. you need to focus and to push yourself into not smoking. no book will really encourage you to stop but yourself.

This book can help me deal with my smoking problem. I am not that strong-willed person.

when I got married I focused everything to my family and I always think of them most of the time...before I used to go out with my friends and hanged with them for days...but that was when I was still single.

I made a major change in life for my husband. I used to be so quick in making decision but it doesn't suit my husband's style. Due to that, we have conflicting opinion and I ended up sacrificing my habit for my beloved husband. Now we are in the middle. He is trying to catch up with decision making, and I try to slow things up in my decision making. So it's a win-win situation, and both of us are happy.

I have been change for my parents, my husband and my kids. first when I change for my parents I began to try more understanding toward them. second I change my temper for my husband, I began more patience. third after we had kids we seldom go to the club, and if we had too like friend celebrated their birthday we would go after my kids had slept and came home before they woke up. I change because I realized that I have to be more grown up and listen more with all peoples who love me.
