Mushrooms... A Nice Menu!

I like mushroom menu very much. As a food , mushroom is of higher value and nutritive. Here in our locality, it is avilable plently in all seasons! In this rainy season it is cheaper in rainy weathers often. What of you? Do you also like mushrooms very much? Please discuss.

yes there is a restaurant in my country (singapore) that is called mushroom pot and they just sell all sorts of mushrooms cooked and fried and steamed etc.
my favorite are those that are in strings and deep fried. think they are called monkey's hair or something. it's really yummy and tastes like french fries. but as with all things i can get overdosed on mushrooms. last time i ate too many shitake mushrooms (the ones grown from china are realyl cheap now - previously the japanese ones about 10 years ago were really expensive) and had enough mushrooms to last me 1 month.

I love mushrooms!It's my source of protein on most days.And I haven't had constipation since I've enjoyed mushroom crisps.
