My internet connection is a broadband connection , ISP being BSNL(Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd.) a semiautonomous Government undertaking . The fixed cost is Rs.560/-( almost $14 ) per month . Rs.60/- the rent for the modem(DSL) and Rs.500/- browsing cost upto 1 gb of bandwidth Download+Upload .For every 1 mb extra i have to pay Rs.1.25/- I have recently heard in most developed countries including USA there is no provision of limit to browsing quantity . Is it true ? In my case this limit is too restrictive . Towards the end of the month I remain alert not to cross the limit . This tells upon the enjoyment of surfing . Does your ISP restrict the bandwidth usage? How amny MBs do you spend everymonth ? Or in other words how much money do you spend on your home connection ? Thanks .
