whats the best cure for backaches?

i just want to ask if anyone knows whats the best way to cure backaches without taking any pain medicines? my husband always complain about backaches, i always rub his back everynight cause he has always backpain. he even takes pain relievers just to go to sleep. I know that constant taking of pain relievers is not good also. i hope someone there's knows whats the best remedy for this in the natural way.

If you're looking for something that doesn't involve taking medication, but will give relief so he can get through the day and get to sleep try a product called Freeze It. It's similar to bengay or icy hot, but it works faster and isn't just about muscle pain. It's really amazing, I have bad back issues, and I use it religiously.
Definitely have him see a doctor as soon as possible. You don't want to fool with something serious (slipped or ruptured disc, for example).

There are exercises one can do to strengthen the back, but he really needs to go to the doctor and find out the cause. he could have a pinched nerve, or just miscle strain from staying in one position too long. he could also have a ruptured disk if he is doing strenuous work. Seriously, make him go to the doctor.
