How many of you have type sentences over and over - the same one because of little helpers - cats, kids, babies? My posts are never quite perfect and my language is english! One because I can't cut and paste from a program that does spell check and two because after several writing something a few times...well...
Sacrificialclam was nice enough to let me know that I wrote your in one post instead of you're. That is I hope she was being nice - not nasty! Not my first mistake here, surely not my last! You know its a darn poor mind that can think of only one way to spell a word. lol

Oh yes, cats to the right of me, cats to the left of me...we have 5. They walk on the desk, the keys, knock the mouse over..crash things on the floor and scare the bejebbers out of me. Then I make another big typo. Once cat likes to walk on one key and then it repeats a hundred times before I can remove her little grey paws and gently remove her.
My hubby made an extra table along side my desk so I can spread out research material...and of course the cats all lie there and look at the birds out the window...so yes my cats, like yours invade my work space...but that is why we love them...cute furry little friends that they are! Enclosed is a picture of our 1 year old female cat...Nexus. I posted this one because I checked out your photos and thought our cats resembled each other. Fun post..thanks!

Nexus is adorable. He does look a bit like Luna - great name btw- appropriate for a cat - as center of your universe...Are you a writer or a scientist that you have research papers?

My cats believe that they are much better writers than I am. They might be. But the silly things only want to do it when they feel like it; they positively do not like the solution that they should write something publishable so that they can earn their own cat food. ;)
As soon as you hit 500 discussions, you can paste. That will be a happy day for you.

It will, I'll be very happy. Why do cats want to be front and center in whatever you're doing? On the computer? They're on the keyboard or sitting on the monitor with either their paws or tail hanging down...

I chose your response as the best because I found it so amusing!

I've been using my husband's laptop in the living room, so my baby can play - happy I'm beside him - but the cats will still try to walk over the keyboard. After cleaning and such -which my baby of course doesn't like, he wants me near him -- as long as I'm in reaching out distance he's fine. So I'm wondering if there is still an invisible cord! I have to do a little cleaning at a time thru - out the day!

...LOL!!! My cat left his butt silhouette in cat hair on my screen once. They usually want to help by either stepping on the key board, sitting in front of the screen, leaning over my shoulder, laying in my lap and sometimes, biting me when I move too much. Once, one cat scared me by falling off of the window sill. I think she fell asleep and slipped off.
...Cats are great comic relief!
...Have a great day and peace be with you. =(^;^)= Della

They are - I love dogs but if I absolutely had to choose - I'd choose my cats anyday!
