Some people like to live in a separate house with garden etc. Some people like to live in Flats as it is compact. Which one you prefer? What type of house you are living in?

Hi there. At present we live in a separate ground level home situated on a huge yard, full of fruit trees and flowered gardens and a couple of small vege gardens...

Then nothing like it friend. You are living amongst the nature with good air circulation. Your child will have lot of space to play around.

We are living in a separate house right now and it's great! I mean, sure, there's a few problems with the house like not enough bathrooms and we ideally could use two more bedrooms but overall, we're better off here than in a flat [we call them apartments]. We have three lively boys and I think the neighbors would really learn to hate us if we lived as closely to them as an apartment would make us. For myself, an apartment would be fine but with the boys, it needs to be a separate house.

Yes I agree. Children will have privacy, space and freedom too with a house around. My daughter cannot practice violin as we are afraid of neighbours.

Hi, right now i am living in a spearate house and like it for its view, garden, open place and area for our kitchen garden etc as well, and i dont hink there is anything better than this. And we have dogs too, so they also need their place. I have stayed in flats too,and yes they are rather compact, and we dont have to worry about the security of the house much, as you just lock one door and the house is locked, plus you do have other neihbours close by incase of any need etc, whee as in a separate house, security is a problem too. Over all it all depends on peoples choices and preferences too. Those who like a compact house and lesser spread out area, will prefer the flat or else a sperate bungalow kinds. As long as its a cozy little home, any place is alright. :)

Very true. Each one has it's own points and advantages.
