How did your kid / niece react on his/her first dentist (teeth cleaning)?

Hi everyone, i just want to share my niece first visit to the dentist. The dentist first gave her a sticker of "DORA the explorer" her favorite cartoon. It's like playing with her. During cleaning she was crying not of pain but more of the sound of the machine. Afterwards the dentist has a set of balloons then she slowly pump air into it like how clowns do, then my niece was already smiling. A good experience with her FIRST dentist is very important, now when i ask her, "do you want dentist to cleean your teeth?" she would say "yes". She's about to become 2yrs old this aug 27. How about your kids? Niece?
