hi blue tooth is a feature which is present almost every mobile phone just go in connectivity block in ur cell and switch it on when u want to transfer a file of data from ur phone via blue tooth thr will be a option to send the data by blue tooth make it yes then automatically it will search for other devices which have blue tooth on if found any device it will indicate and hence u can exchange the data. but its connectivity is upto 1meter only
