I like coffee more than simple milk, but I have been told by a lot of people including my mom that coffee is not good for health, so I have tried to drink it as minimum as possible... I also make it sure I have a glass of milk everyday...

for me it is coffee. because i do not tolerate milk very well. well i can drink it from time to time.
