to those who doesn't know, its a cold dessert made up of graham crackers, milk, all-purpose cream and sweet mangoes served chilled. I love making this dessert. my family and friends love eating it. they're thankful I can make something good like that. LOL

That sounds heavenly!!! I love tiramisu and I love mangos but I never knew they could go together. How exactly do you make it?

I love tiramisu but I eat it the traditional way. I have never made it before, I only buy it and eat it at restaurants. My hubby doesn't like it so I get the whole dessert to myself when I order it. LOL I've never had the kind you are talking about with mangos though.

At first I thought OOOO noway! But then I read your description. I was thinking tiramisu like I have had at restaurants with mangos or mango sauce over it.
The way you make it... yum. I'll take an extra helping please. ;-P

Oh, I'm good at making mango float. hehe. It's like my specialty. I don't cook much, so something as simple as mango float I took pride as being my specialty. LOL
There was one time the mango I used was not that ripe yet, still kinda sour. Yet my friends still begged for more. So, that was the time I realized I found my specialty. lol.
I have fond memories of making mango float. Even though I'm always asked to make it by my mother (it's because I'm the eldest daughter), my sisters and I would always fight to mix the filling and layering. It ended up as a good team, with lots of laughs and jokes and stashed mangoes. lol.

LOL me too. it was a mess during my first try. it was too... saucy. ^__^;; i put too much all-purpose cream and milk mixture. but the taste was still the same even if it was too soft, still delicious according to those who ate it and i just to remove the excess mixture. the next time i did it, it was perfect! and a lot of my relatives and friends are always expecting it when there's a special occasion. ^__^

well, the tiramisu with coffee is a new variant. and it still has milk and all-purpose cream so it tastes like mocha. its good, and coffee makes it smells good. ^__^ I wish I could make some for you so you could taste it. ^__^
