it is hard to do some exercises for me, because i eat more than usual after exercise, so how can i keep fit?
who knows some diet for losing weight?

There are so many diets out there and many of them will make you lose heaps of weight but you have to be careful. Ultimately to lose weight you have to burn more calories than you intake. There are 3 different types of diets.
1. Diets that Don't make you lose much if any weight
2. Diets that make you crash and lose too much weight then when you get off them you put all the weight and more back on.
3. Diets that teach you to have a healthy lifestyle and attitude to food rather than a temporary crash.
The best diet to have is number 3. You will not lose as much weight to start off with as you would for number 2 but you will keep the weight that you lose off because you know to be healthy.
A good example of this diet is weight watchers. They have a healthy varying diet which is measured by points.

To exercise is more beneficial than dieting. You should find ways to exercise. Resolving your weight gain with diet is not good for your health. But, bad cholesterol must be avoided.

i do not have a problem about losing weight , it's the other way around but i keep myself updated with these things because i have a lot of friends and relatives who are concern about their weights.I suggest you visit these sites to help you decide which one would work for you;
