Will ICL remove BCCI's monopoly over indian cricket?

it is going to be basic changes will take place at BCCI,otherwise,people will change them.

Until ICl is recognized by ICC it cant remove the monopoly. ICl has to establish itself first.

yeah true..bcci is really shaken now..they r planning some perks n organising some new tournaments for including even retired players n all..clearly a gr8 move..
