Doer or a Slacker - I work hard and I get so tired of people telling customers the wrong information because it just makes more work for us do gooders, because the customer has to call back again

Do you go over and beyond the call of duty at work, and helping everyone, doing other peoples work, don't really want to be the boss because you don't like to be paid salary work, cause you make more than them on all the overtime you put in at work or are you the one that is hiding, slacking, calling in sick, avoiding the boss, pushing projects off on others or simply just flat out not doing your work, hang up on customers or tell them the wrong information to get them off the phone. I get so tired of other customer service representatives giving out wrong information, or just lying to customers just to get them off of the phone only say they call back and scream and holler and good CSR (THATS ME)

I'm more of a doer but once in a while I'll slack off but usually it's cause I'm pretty sick and don't want to do any more than I gotta.

I know alot of ppl like that. I am always offering to help with things and then the ppl that are supposed to be helping walk off and leave me to do it all. It's irritating. **AT PEACE WITHIN** ~~STAND STRONG IN YOUR BELIEFS~~
