cash cliques application

I just found out that facebook has an application called Cash Cliques that is like a PTC (paid to click) site that runs through facebook. You can invite your friends list which would make it easier to get referrals. I don't know anyone that has it and I would like to know if anyone here has tried it. Is it any good?
