My husband has type-2 diabetes, which in his case is hereditary. Diabetes is caused by the inability of the pancreas to produce enough insulin to properly control the amount of sugar in the blood. All of the research into diabetes epidemic that I have read points to the high sugar, high fat diet of most Americans. I would like to read the literature that you have, or visit the websites.
