I'm talking about affordable ones, not professional ones. I've been making a slideshow on my computer that will be burned onto a DVD. I've been using Microsoft Movie Maker and it's really simple to use. The kids use it all the time to make their little movies. What kind of editing program/software do you use? What's the best one for you that's simple to use yet allows you lots of transitions and other options?

Hi there, yeah Microsoft Movie Maker is very simple and there's nothing much cool effects to use there.
I am recommending ULEAD VIDEO STUDIO 10 Plus.
This Video Editing Program is the one that i am using until one, and i started to use it a year ago and it's really cool and very easy to use and affordable also.
Very easy, powerful and it has a DVD Authoring as well.
This Video Editing Program can gives you all the tools you need to produce great looking movies.
Hope that i can help you with this.
Have a great day buddy from Kiko and happy posting and earning here in MyLot.

Yeah, the kids have a blast with the Movie Maker program. I have the ULead 6 or something like that. It came with a little camera thing that we got from my mother-in-law. I've tried it but it's a little confusing and pretty old since you have the 10 version. Thanks!
